In April, I completed the entire 30 days of the Whole 30 elimination diet (you can read about my experience and tips on how to succeed here) and there were several recipes I found that I absolutely loved and were so easy to prepare and make, that they were literally on repeat for the whole 30 days, and I still include them in my weekly meal planning.
Some of the recipes I changed according to the Whole 30, or to my liking. For example, one recipe calls for Sriracha, but there’s sugar in Sriracha, so I substituted it for Frank’s Hot Sauce. Another recipe didn’t have any vegetables so I just added chopped peppers, onions, and zucchini. And for the sheet pan recipes, I would just use whatever vegetables I had on hand at the time!
